There are 3 levels of reading comprehension today. Choose the level you feel confident at completing. One star is the easier version while three stars is the more challenging version.

FRIDAY FOOTBALL FUN

I think there might be a little football game on Sunday...!

It's the final between England and Italy. To celebrate England getting to the finals of Euros 2021, we are going to have some Friday football fun.

Below, I have listed some fun activities for you to choose. Please choose 2 activities to do. 

Remember to use the internet and books you have at home to help with your chosen activity. Some of the activities have a worksheet that can be printed if you wish but all of the activities can be done in your book or on paper.

1. Choose one of the countries taking part in the Euros. Complete a fact file about your chosen country. 
2. Create a fact file for one of the football players participating in the Euros. 
3. Design a new football strip for England to wear. Describe and explain your ideas.
4. Make an England flag to show your support for the team.
5. Produce a poster to celebrate England getting to the final - include fun facts and statistics.
6. Relax before the big game by completing some mindfulness colouring or create your own illustration of the big game.
