Listen to the story below:

Ruby's Worry

When we are worried about something or need help, it always helps to talk to someone and share your feelings.

By talking to your friends and family and checking how they are feeling, you can help them to feel better and can help to solve their problems. "A problem shared is a problem halved".

Complete the activities below.

  1. For the first activity, think about who you can tell when you are worried or need help.
  2. For the second activity, think about what type of friends you want around you, think of their qualities. Next, think about what qualities you might show to be a good friend to others.
