Mental Health Awareness Week

Part of looking after our mental health (minds and emotions), as well as our physical health, is making time to do things we enjoy with the people who care for us.

 

With this in mind, your task is to do something that you enjoy. The activity is up to you, however it can't be something that involves an electronic device (e.g. computers) and if you are able to do it with another person/other people in your family then that would be even better.

 

It could be a board game, going for a walk, painting etc. Just have fun and enjoy it. It would be great if you could send some photos on Class Dojo if you can.
