LO: To make an observational drawing of a statue.
Look at pictures of Anthony Gormely’s ‘Another Place’ statues.
Make a sketch one of his sculptures. Try to make sure that everything is in proportion.
Proportion means how small or large something is when compared to something else e.g. if something is in proportion, it is the right size compared to the other things around it. When drawing or painting people, proportion is important.
