World Mental Health Awareness Day

Year 6 wore green to support World Mental Heath Awareness Day. We also completed some relaxing mindfulness meditation and mindfulness colouring.

Year 3

We looked at '5 Ways To Wellbeing' and then made posters showing the 3 we thought were most important.

Year 4

Year 4 wore green for Mental Health Awareness week. We talked about things that make us anxious or worried and thought about whether they were worries we could control or not control. We discussed ways that we can control our worries and things we can do to change our mindset when we do have those worries.
